Hi Heidi (NEIGHBOR!),

On my iPod, I've got the Cold War Kids, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Duran Duran (I'm an 80s child!), the Fratellis, Maroon 5, Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen.

Gosh, my favorites change all the time - it depends on what I'm listening to. Right now I really like my Joan Osborne CE "How Sweet It Is" - she does some old stuff with her own twist!

These Studio G stamps were released without me knowing about them (or caring... I was so not an acrylic stamp girl until recently!!!).

I totally love listening to a couple of Canadian groups... Barenaked Ladies and Great Big Sea. They always get my toe tappin and me singing (which may not be a good thing!)

I love these stamps! Would you believe Christmas music? I LOVE Christmas music...doesn't really matter who is singing, but I can tell you that everybody else in my family thinks I am NUTS.

Love your blog! Brad Paisley has my heart right now! (and he isn't bad to look at either!) ;)

Fun candy! One of my favorite bands is Wilco. We are actually going to see them this Thurs. I love Jeff Tweedy's voice -- they are alt country/rock (whatever that means).

Daughtry is in my top three!! Excellent choice if I do say so myself! :)

I'd have to say, these are my top three - (in no particular order because I simply CANNOT chose!)

Daughtry
Carrie Underwood
Casting Crowns

Great question!

Hi there Heidi! Thanks for the great candy! I pretty much don't get to listen to music anymore since it's either children's music or children's tv (which is hooked up to the stereo). But when I do, it's either classical - if I'm relaxing, country or Christian (I have a Casting Crowns cd I like and Michael Card is an all-tim fav!). Good question!

I just bought Carrie Underwood's CD even though I normally can't stand country music! I really like her voice and her songs (esp. the one about the boyfriend cheating). Normally my music tastes is R&B and a little hip hop...far cry from Carrie Underwood! Great candy, Heidi!

I listen most to music when I take a shower and get ready to leave the house. Indigo Girls have been playing the last week. I *heart* their earlier music because I can sing along at the top of my voice and the harmony always sounds good. LOL!!! "Galileo's head was on the block/the crime was lookin' up the truth..."

I'm in an oldies phase lately. I have been uploading Paul McCartney's music (since he's finally made it public!) - my favorite is "Silly Love Songs". So fun! But my all time favorite song is "Reminiscing" by Little River Band. I love "guilty pleasure" songs! :)

I am with you Heidi, totally a Daughtry girl! My sister was at my house the other day and I was singing along to his CD and she wondered how I knew all the songs...I said, "well I listen to it everyday, so I should know them." She said, "Isn't that a little obsessive??" I guess it is, but I just love it. Oh and I love those stamps you are giving away too! Thanks for all your inspiring cards!

My favorite singer *for now* would have to be Lynn Miles. Her voice is sweet yet haunting. She is kinf of a "folk rock" singer with blues and country twist. So differing that she doesnt get airplay sadly. But so wonderful.
